The UMBC Digital Entertainment Conference is an annual event organized by the Game Developers Club to bring game developers to campus to share their knowledge and experience. For the first time, this year we have a corporate sponsor for the conference, Facebook game developer Zynga.

Zynga is the biggest developer of Facebook games, with over 260 million users. Zynga East is located in Timonium, and employs a number of UMBC graduates.

The Digital Entertainment Conference is on Saturday, April 30th, and is free and open to anyone.
