Please join STRIDE for a focused conversation on the topic of "Building Shared Evaluation Metrics."
We hope that this conversation provides a valuable opportunity for faculty serving on search committees to discuss together how we develop criteria based on the requirements listed in our job advertisements and how to operationalize and measure those criteria prior to reviewing applications.We also plan on devoting a significant portion of the conversation to the commitment to diversity and inclusive excellence criteria.
