HERC supports  member institutions in recruiting and retaining outstanding and diverse employees.</p><p>HERC believes that inclusive, equitable hiring and retention practices are not only the right thing to do, but essential to achieving the academic missions of HERC’s member institutions. Educating people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and cultures takes a diverse academic workforce.
