This exciting upgrade will offer users streamlined navigation, the ability to place any type of learning asset into “My Plan,” improved and simplified Search &amp; Learn, a new “View in Catalog” feature, as well as a “Breadcrumb” trail to easily keep track of course searches. We intend for our mentoring program to provide an opportunity for seasoned staff to share their knowledge, resources, expertise, experience, values and skills with other staff members across campus.<br><br>We on the Senate want to know what you think and gauge your interest about an opportunity like this program .     <div class="html-content"><p>The Professional Staff Senate (PSS) provides a forum for discussing issues involving or of interest to exempt staff members. Such matters include academic and administrative policies that affect exempt staff. The senate is an active member in UMBC’s system of shared governance, presenting the interests and concerns of its constituents to the University Steering Committee and seeking improvements for the mutual benefit of staff members and the university.
