However, we know that sometimes initiating that conversation with a supervisor or colleague can be daunting. As a starting point, the WLB committee developed the <a href="https://umbc.box.com/s/nc6ovom2euasfknx7z2ytce33zafy5m6" rel="nofollow external" class="bo"><strong>Staff Work-Life Balance Reflection guide</strong></a>.</p><p>Use it as a blueprint for how you think about, advocate for, and engage in the beginning discussions around your own work-life balance.
