With the upcoming TedXBaltimore event, I figured we should share some of our favorite Ted.com videos.

In an age in which we can find mentors and inspiration is at our fingertips, why not spend a few minutes each day watching something that is uplifting and motivating rather than cat videos on Youtube or the latest news on Snooki?
