3. The Graduate Student Success Committee (GSSC)
The Graduate Student Success Committee (GSSC) is on the lookout for dedicated members who are passionate about promoting holistic well-being for graduate students. Our mission is to act as resources and advocates for anything related to academics, mental and physical well-being. The GSSC emphasizes the interconnectedness of these aspects as crucial to graduate student success.
Our committee plays a vital role in facilitating events and disseminating information about resources available on campus. Here’s a glimpse of what we do:
- Serve as liaisons to graduate student resources.
- Organize the Graduate Student Fest every Fall.
- Host headshot events for graduate students.
- Build partnerships with campus entities like the AOK Library, PROMISE, and more.

We are thrilled to name that The Pride Center renovations are well underway and will be completed this fall. While our physical location is temporarily closed, we’re buzzing with excitement about the incredible upgrades and innovative design that will soon be available.
Our programming and support services are still in full swing, and we’re eager to keep connecting with you through activities held across the campus. In the meantime, feel free to visit the Mosaic Center, The Gathering Space for Spiritual Well-Being, and the Women’s Center for support and engagement.
