Undergraduate and graduate students at your university can apply for the program for the 2025-2026 school year.
The Harkins Scholars program grants applicable students a ULI membership for a one-year term. This membership provides students with access to ULI events, webinars, networking opportunities, and all other benefits of a ULI membership. Harkins Scholars will also attend four scholar-specific programs throughout the school year, culminating in a graduation ceremony. Applicants ideally (but not necessarily) should be pursuing a career in commercial real estate or related fields, and studying commercial real estate or related fields: finance, architecture, landscape architecture, planning, urban design, etc. Applicants should also ideally be located in or around Baltimore city, as scholar-specific events are held in-person.
