The UMBC Office of Research will present the Spring Research Forum, "Seeing Science: Photography, Science, and Visual Culture," on April 8, 2016, from 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (registration is required) in the Albin O. Kuhn Library and Gallery. The Forum will feature a keynote presentation by Sheldon Brown, professor of Visual Arts and director of the Arthur C. Clarke Center for Human Imagination at the University of California San Diego. He is also the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation Endowed Chair in Digital Media and Learning. This interdisciplinary Forum will also include faculty sessions on the "Art and Science of Human Imagination" as well as views and perspectives from "Outer Space" and "Inner Space."
