How can you get help?

Here are three ways to get IT help for computer software, computer hardware, phone, and network issues:

Call the Technology Support Center (TSC) at 410-455-3838
Walk into the TSC on the first floor of the Albin O. Kuhn Library
File a ticket by clicking the Help tab on myUMBC (above!), then clicking on a relevant link under Computing & Technology
