In addition to site wide use of the full Adobe Creative Cloud on all UMBC owned computers, the Adobe license, acquired with the help of the Maryland Education Enterprise Consortium, provides availability for Faculty and Staff to install the Creative Cloud on up to two personally owned computers. The details of the agreement are as follows:
· Faculty & staff are entitled to the same applications at home (the full collection) as the institution itself.
· Upon redemption, the Creative Cloud Manager desktop application is installed. That application allows Faculty and Staff to download some or all of the Creative Cloud applications at their discretion and convenience. If Faculty or Staff originally downloaded some number of applications – and later determines they need others - they can certainly come back at a later time to download any additional applications by using the Creative Cloud Manager application.
· Redemption codes are tied to a Faculty and Staff’s Adobe ID
· Redemption codes will work on up to (2) Faculty and Staff personal computers, on either the Windows or Mac platform.

Adobe On-line Training Materials
Adobe has also provided the UMBC community with access to their entire library of training material. Using the Adobe ID created through the process explained in the wiki, Faculty and Staff will have access to all the video tutorials and reference material available on the Adobe website. This includes, but is not limited to, an extensive collection of Lynda.com video tutorials on various Adobe applications. These resources are available by logging in to the Adobe website using your Adobe ID, and are available immediately upon redemption of a personal use redemption code.
