    <div class="html-content">Today many staff received an email from Cisco Webex regarding the creation of their new account. This email is legitimate, but we didn't intend to announce this yet as we are still finalizing the details of the rollout. <div><br></div><div>We are working on integrations that will allow all faculty, staff and students to have a personal Webex space that can be used to host audio and video meetings with screen share capabilities. </div><div><br></div><div>We are very excited to offer this service to the campus, and we will be sending a more official release with detailed instructions and tutorials on use within the next few weeks. </div><div><br></div><div>If you have any questions or concerns about this please feel free to reach out to me.</div><div><br></div><div>Ray Soellner</div><div>Associate Director of Communications - DoIT</div><div><a href="mailto:rays1@umbc.edu">rays1@umbc.edu</a></div></div>
