UPDATE - The DocuSign partial outage has been restored. If you are still having issues, please file a ticket at help.umbc.edu.
Previously - DocuSign is experiencing a partial outage today, 5/15. It seems to impact email delivery, as well as users are unable to see documents they know are waiting for them to sign but they do not get the Sign button from within DocuSign.
