CSSA@UMBC and CSSA@UMB united basketball team played for the second "Energy Cup" basketball Friendly Matches on Nov. 22, 2015 at Gaithersburg City, MD. This event was organized by Chinese Embassy and 14 teams coming from the big Washington D.C. area were competing for the final champions.
UMBC&UMB united basketball team got through the group easily with two big wins but stopped as the final eight as lost to University of Virginia with a very close score (36-39).
