AI is one of the strengths of the UMBC CSEE Department and our Introduction to AI classes, CMSC 471 and 671, are well taught and popular.  Both will be offered this Fall, with Professor Marie desJardins teaching the undergraduate class and Professor Yun Peng the graduate. If you are taking one of them this semester, you might complement your excellent UMBC class by also participating in the free online offering of Stanford's undergraduate AI class.  This course will be taught by Googlers Sebastian Thrun and Peter Norvig.
