CSC J'Ouvert Gritstarter Help us make this year's J'Ouvert unforgettable! Every Spring, Caribbean Students Council hosts an end of semester celebration, paying homage to the J'Ouvert festival held in many Caribbean islands. This event serves as an amazing opportunity for UMBC Students to experience a beloved part of Caribbean culture. Unfortunately, this year we were unable to receive appropriate funding. In spite of this, we are still determined to hold this years J'Ouvert and to give an unforgettable experience to those who attend!
