Invited by Joe Kirby (thank you) and will be attending the 3/13/2017 CSEC meeting to share how things are going with the project.  Continuing to utilize and learn ways in using the product.  Graduate School planned to go live last Wednesday with their new web inquiry form which populates inquiry data directly into TargetX.  Also continuing to support users of TargetX by using the embedded communication tool named Chatter.  Meeting with project team and working through post go-live items such as cleansing migrated data into TargetX.  As planned after go-live, the project team attended another working session to review another feature available in the CRM named prospect scoring.  Starting to explore pre-built TargetX reports and developing operational reports within TargetX to help review metrics such as inquiries by program and tracked activities (i.e. calls, emails) to/from inquirers.  Lastly continued discussions around planning analytics and reporting from CRM data.
