The CRM implementation stage is nearing completion. The project team has two more working session meetings scheduled with the CRM Vendor, TargetX. The team is occupied with preparing items in the system, reviewing processes, and preparing for on site training for Go Live. On site end user training will be held on January 25 and 26 9-4 with TargetX representative. TargetX’s training approach is centered around empowering users to leverage the full strength of the CRM in their daily work. And working with administrators to balance known best practices with the unique needs of the institution.  The Go Live date is scheduled for Monday 1/30/2017. The CRM Implementation team is excited and looking forward to utilizing the new system.
