Last week the project team continued attending working sessions for different features of the TargetX product. One of the sessions was the second part of Events which deals with efforts for inviting and managing recruitment events (i.e. open house). The other session was the second part of Communications in which involves items such as the creation and tracking of email campaigns and sending messages to inquiries.
The team also met another time this past week to make decision on configurations items within the TargetX application such as identifying dropdown/picklist values. There will be at least one more meeting scheduled to continue working this type of configuration.
This week there are three working sessions scheduled:
- Form Assembly (tool to create web forms that can be used for inquiry/gathering information)
- Events 3 Working Session
- Finalize Data Exports/Imports Working Session
