On 11/14/2016 the CRM Implementation project managers, Sonya and Steve met with the project’s steering committee. An overview of the TargetX solution and the implementation stages were presented. Also Sonya and Steve detailed the project’s current status, takeaways (wins and challenges) and the next steps. The steering committee asked thoughtful questions as well as provided some thoughtful suggestions for the project.

The Team is continuing to attend working sessions which are scheduled until the middle of December. Currently the team is busy with configuring the CRM as well as testing loading legacy data into TargetX. Onsite user training conducted byTargetX has been scheduled for 1/25/2017 and 1/26/2017.
