One change regarding the message below that I would like to share is that we have cancelled the UMBC TargetX CRM Launch meeting scheduled for this Thursday, 9/15/2016. We will work on scheduling a new meeting date.

Message 1 of 1:
On 9/1, UMBC CRM Implementation Team had our Kickoff Meeting-Luau Style.
All the participating offices- DPS Marketing, DPS Office of Professional
Programs, the Graduate School, and Information Systems Graduate Program
met for an hour an a half to review our business processes as guided by
TargetX Requirements Gathering document, discuss our goals, and most
importantly establish group norms. The meeting went well.
Jim Northrop is working with DoIT to start implementing single sign on.
On 9/15, we will host TargetX Project Manager for our official UMBC
TargetX CRM Launch meeting. The all day meeting includes gathering
additional information on business processes, sharing with TargetX our
challenges (as we see them thus far), and preparing for installation.
The UMBC team has also been participating in Virtual Walkthroughs which
has allowed us to become familiar with the product. Everyone is
energized, excited.
