I came across an article that was pretty interesting.  Not to give it away or degrade the appeal that the original author provides, but the article reveals the plans of an organization to ban internal office email in two years.  I know some people may think/say what???  Yes you read it correctly.  They plan to use other tools such as instant messaging or wiki technologies to help facilite business communications.  I think what makes the article more interesting to me is that a colleague and myself were recently discussing our thoughts on the future use of email.
