The UMBC Cohabiting Couples Study
Who can participate?
- Couples who have been cohabiting for at least 6 months
- Individuals age 18-55
- Individuals who can read and speak English
What is involved?
- You and your partner will come to the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
- You will spend about one hour with us.
- We will ask you to fill out some questionnaires.
- We will ask you to talk to your partner about two relationship topics. Each discussion will last 10 minutes. We will video record these discussions.
- You will be paid $50 for this visit ($25 per person).
- All information collected (including recordings) will be kept confidential and will only be used for research.
