commonvision Spring Hours
commonvision's spring operating hours will remain in place until Friday, May 23. We are currently open Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and are closed weekends and UMBC Holidays.
Wednesday, May 14
commonvision, UMBC Student Design and Print Center will close early on Study Day (May 14). commonvision's hours Wednesday, May 14 will be 9 a.m. – Noon. We are closing early to recognize our seniors and student staff. All inquiries after close can be emailed to
commonvision@umbc.edu and will be addressed on Thursday, May 15!
Saturday, May 24 – Sunday, June 1: CLOSED
commonvision will be closed, along with the UMBC campus for Memorial Day. We will remain closed for the rest of the week following Memorial Day.
Monday, June 2: commonvision will re-open with our summer operating hours.
Monday – Thursday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Closed weekends and during UMBC closures.

You may submit up to 3 pieces. Submitted pieces will be included in the Pizza Zine + Digital Gallery. The booklet being created will be 5.5" x 8.5" (half-letter), submissions can be portrait or landscape. If they aren't this exact size they will be scaled down to fit the page. commonvision Operating Hours and Service Availability:
Upcoming Closures
- commonvision will close early Wednesday, November 27, with walk-in services ending at noon.
- commonvision will be closed for fall break on November 28 and 29, and we will return on Monday, December 2.
Standard Operating Hours
Fall Hours (resuming December 2 after the noon closure on November 27)
Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Walk-in print jobs will not be accepted after 4:45 p.m. and will be addressed the next business day.

commonvision is hiring Office Assistants!
This position is open to Undergraduate UMBC students. You do not have to be a visual arts major to apply to this position! This position requires working the front desk, so you will be the face and voice of commonvision!!
Applicants Must:
Be highly dedicated & organized
Have at least 2 semesters left at UMBC
Have a GPA of 2.5 or higher
Pass a judicial check
Be able to work at least 10 hours a week
Be an undergraduate student
We’re looking for students with:
An understanding of advertising via social media
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A great sense of organization and planning
A sense of humor
Ability to work without constant supervision
Bonus points if:
You have customer service experience
You have an interest in visual arts, design, and/or animation
You have an interest or are involved in student events
