Here’s a tutorial on layer blending and creating textures. There’s so much you can do with blending modes, and this is a basic tutorial of how to utilize those features. Did you find this helpful? or did you already know about layer blending?

This is a really helpful website that helps you pick color schemes. You pick your main color and then you can determine other colors you’d like to use, like compliments or triads. It also gives you examples of real world applications.

Joseph Nechvatal is speaking tonight in the AOK Library Gallery from 4:30 - 6pm. Nechvatal is an electronic artist using computer viruses, human anatomy, and distortion to create abstract visuals.

The Summer Job and Internship Fair is this Wednesday at 12pm in The UC Ballroom. We’d love to help you prepare you for this by printing your resumes out for you! We have a large variety of resume papers so you can be sure you’ll impress those employers.
