    <div class="html-content"><h3><strong><span>Association of Old Crows<span> APG-</span>Susquehanna Chapter </span></strong></h3>
    
    <h3><strong><span>Student Scholarship 2017-2018</span></strong></h3>
    
    <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p>
    
    <p><span>$1,000 scholarship from the Association
    of Old Crows (AOC) APG-Susquehanna Chapter and a one year AOC membership from the
    National AOC. Winners will be recognized and awarded scholarships at the
    Chapter Distinguished Speaker and Scholarship Awards Luncheon scheduled for
    March 2018.</span></p>
    
    <p><strong><span>Requirements:</span></strong><span> Students
    must be undergraduate degree-seeking in the areas of engineering or computer
    sciences and be able to articulate a career interest related to the AOC
    professional mission in the fields of military communications, electronic
    warfare, electromagnetic spectrum management operations, cyber electromagnetic
    activities, and/or information operations. For example, a future career on a
    team that: develops systems that protect pilots from enemy anti-aircraft
    weapons and ground troops and civilians from IEDs or develops tools and

          permanent residents of the U.S. or Canadian citizens.</p><p>This program is 
          particularly geared toward students from backgrounds that are historically 
          underrepresented in the field of engineering: African-American, Latino and 
          Native American. Travel expenses to and from Los Angeles, lodging, and

    for Success Workshop</a></span></strong><span> is a drop-in workshop and provides coping strategies to
    deal with stress, time management, motivation and anxiety that often interfere
    with meeting personal, social, and academic goals.  This 6-week program
    includes topics such as procrastination, stress management, time management,
    test anxiety, motivation/goal-setting, and sleep/get through finals.</span><span> </span></p>
    
    <p><strong><span><a href="https://my.umbc.edu/groups/ucs/posts/71103" rel="nofollow external" class="bo">You've
    Got This Group</a></span></strong><span><a href="https://my.umbc.edu/groups/ucs/posts/71103" rel="nofollow external" class="bo"> </a>is
    a 4-week program and intended to help students develop skills and strategies
    that they need to cope with emotional challenges in their day to day
    life.  Topics include mindfulness, thought as thought, emotion regulation,
    and interpersonal effectiveness.  This program has been shown to increase
    psychological resilience. </span><span> </span></p>
    
    <p><strong><span><a href="https://my.umbc.edu/groups/ucs/posts/71102" rel="nofollow external" class="bo">RIO
    Workshop</a></span></strong><span> is a 3-week
    workshop that aims to give students tools to recognize their concerns and to
    develop a clearer idea of what they want to change in their life.  The
    R.I.O stands for Recognition, Insight, and Openness. Students will learn ways
    to incorporate mindfulness in their life. </span><span>  </span></p>

    Me Tight Workshop</a> </span></strong><span>is designed help couples learn how to understand their
    relationship patterns and improve their conversation skills through
