Hometown: Catonsville, MD
Q: How long have you been at UMBC?
A: 2 Years
Q: What is your current title (job or student organization position)?
A: Student Events Board Programmer
Q: In 12 words or less, what role(s) do you play on campus?
A: Event enthusiast, planner, promoter, attendee, and that commuter who never leaves campus.
Q: What aspect of your UMBC role(s) do you enjoy most?
A: It sounds cheesy, but meeting new people is the coolest part of being on SEB. Whether it is an incoming freshman or Snoop Dogg himself, I have met some of the coolest people through my involvement on campus.
Q: What is the most important or memorable thing you learned in college/have learned at UMBC?
A: My time at UMBC has taught me to take a little risk and put myself out there. All throughout grade school I was awkwardly shy, but UMBC has completely changed that. Even just a few years ago, I would have never imagined doing things like running a major event, or going on a 5 day leadership retreat.
Q: Complete this sentence: "I am a big fan of __________"
A: Harry Potter… And Disney. It’s actually kind of a problem.
Q: Do you have any UMBC stories, little-known facts about UMBC, favorite spots on campus, or anything else you’d like to share?
A: My all time favorite spot on campus is the Student Orgs Space, I have easily spent more time there than I have in class. Between SEB, SGA, and other Student Orgs, there is always something going on.
