A: Director of Health and Wellness (SGA)

A: Co-creating an environment where people can be their happiest, healthiest, and best {and learning a lot along the way!}
Q: What aspect of your UMBC role(s) do you enjoy most?
A: I am continually humbled by the depth of character and intensity of caring that belongs to the amazing group of individuals here at UMBC. My friend William Joyner said once that "Home is where you choose to make it." I couldn't have chosen a better place, and I am so thankful for the love and support I have received since being here. I also love getting to feel like I have given that back to others! Learning more about the people I interact with, their dreams, and their passions keeps me going when the going gets tough. :)
Q: What is the most important or memorable thing you learned in college/have learned at UMBC?
A: I have learned that living a life of balance is the only way to be effective - and that it makes living life much more wonderful and beautiful!

A: My Lord and Savior! Along with spending time with the people I love. Running and yoga are keeping me sane right now as well, when I choose to treat myself to them!
