If you love Biology and Mathematics or Statisitics, and want training and research experience, apply now for the Undergraduate Training Program for Biology and Mathematics (UBM at UMBC)

The UBM program, funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF), is looking for qualified undergraduate students to participate in team projects that integrate research problems in Biology and Mathematics/Statistics.  Students in this two-year program will take courses, receive research training, and actively contribute to experiments under the guidance of Bio and Math/Stats faculty.  Students will be paid a stipend for the first year of the program, including the summer, with the potential for continued support in year two.
