In BIOL316L (Phage Hunters Genome Analysis), participants will utilize state-of-the-art computer programs to annotate complete bacteriophage genome sequences produced during BIOL302L (Molecular and General Genetics Laboratory), and identify the unknown bacteriophages. The course includes a large degree of self-paced investigative work. 

The course pre-requisites are: C or better in BIOL302 and BIOL300L
