We're back! I know club cheer hasn't been super active over the past year, but I'd like to fix that! As such, here's the plan:

1. We need a new advisory board! Currently the board includes Max, Alex, and myself. I would like two more people. It isn't a huge time commitment, so if anyone is interested, let me know ASAP.

2. We will be having our annual interest meeting next Wednesday, March 2, from 12-1pm (free hour).  BRING YOUR FRIENDS! The location is still TBD and will follow in another post. It will be more than just an interest meeting!!! We will be picking practice days/times, and discussing plans for the remainder of the season. If you would like to have a say in any of that, please plan to attend! If you would like to be a part of the team this semester, please plan to attend! If you would like to be a part of the team but cannot make it to the interest meeting, please let me know (marina7@umbc.edu) so I do not remove you from the mailing list. 

3. Practices will start the week after spring break. Dates/times/locations will be decided at next week's meeting. 

4. Service opportunity - we have been asked to cheer at the Special Olympics on April 2nd from 9am - 3pm at Hood College in Frederick. If you can attend, please let me know ASAP. Carpooling will be available!
