Whats a Vestibule Case? Where is it?
- A vestibule case is a display case located near an entrance of a building. Our vestibule cases are located at the north entrance of The Commons near the CIC desk.
What can I put in the cases? Will you decorate it for me?
-The cases can fit posters, sports memorabilia, and any trinkets you think may look good. We ask that you decorate your case to achieve your desired look!
How long can I have a case for? Is 2 months okay?
-We are offering cases for a week-minimum and one month-maximum. If you feel like you need more/less time, let us know. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
Can I advertise for my fraternity/sorority?
-Yes! We are more than happy to set you up with a vestibule case.
I run a club off campus, can I still reserve a case?
-Unfortunately, cases are reserved for UMBC affiliated groups and events only.

-Just as you would for a student org, include anything related to your event!
