Don't Worry, Be Happy: De-Stress Fest - The Peer Health Educators are hosting a Don't Worry, Be Happy! De-Stress Fest on November 20th, 2013 in the 2nd floor Student Orgs Space! It is from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. We know just how stressful this time of year can be, so what better way to combat that than with stress-ball making, yoga, free hot chocolate and tea, and therapy puppies! Stress has a huge impact on mental health, so there will be plenty of other resources available, such as the Counseling Center, Active Minds, and UMBC's On-Campus Meditation Group! Come relax, recharge, and get well with PHE!
