I have purchased a new USB speaker phone to use with the skype facility in room 241. The unit is set up and ready to use and eliminates the background noise attributable to the air vent in the ceiling. I have left the sound on the computer speakers, to keep attendees focus toward the TV screen and remote participant. Please leave this set up as it is.
