The University has switched over to R25live software for it's centralized scheduling needs. As part of the upgrade, The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry has added its facilities to the database to co-ordinate meetings in the department. Meyerhoff rooms 120, 123. 241, 272, 351 and 545 are all now scheduled through R25live. Any of the personnel in the administrative offices can schedule events in these spaces. Room 272 will have a black-out period during class scheduling each semester after which Lab meetings for CHEM 299, 399 and 499 along with CHEM 601 and CHEM 710 may be scheduled for weekly or bi-weekly meetings.
Keys for the rooms and equipment cabinets must still be signed out at the front desk and returned upon completion of the meeting.
