The Professional Development Day held by the Chemistry Graduate Student Association on Friday, May 6 was a great success! Graduate students had an opportunity to network with professionals from NSF, NIST,  W.R. Grace, Merck, and patent law. The Speakers included: Tyrone Mitchell, NSF; Carlos Gonzalez, NIST; Judy Roberts, Robert Harding and Shankhamala Kundu, all from W.R.Grace;  Abeygunawardana Chitrananda, Merck; Gianna Arnold, Saul Ewing LLP

The day concluded with wine and cheese reception and poster session to showcase the current research in the department.
