The HVAC project has been moving along, passing several milestones but with some hurdles yet to be crossed. The timeline for commissioning, completion and occupancy is looking to be sometime in late May, after finals are completed. We still have several planned outages coming up (south wing electric on 4/2 and potentially others), but the finish line is in sight. After the first week of  April, the areas under construction will begin to look less of a disaster zone and more like the office we remember, but much improved. I have attached a short powerpoint presentation showing some of the work, please stay out of the area. It is still very much a dangerous area and people have been injured by walking through the space. Thank you all for your patience.
