Research at the Center for Learning and Health focuses on addressing substance abuse, chronic unemployment, poverty, and other health related issues, through the use of a novel research environment, the Therapeutic Workplace. Participants in the Therapeutic Workplace learn various job skills such as typing and mathematics, and are provided compensation for drug free urine samples.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Assist participants in the Therapeutic Workplace
Monitor and deliver technique reviews to participants
Monitor participants training performance
Conduct intake interviews with participants
Conduct follow-up assessments with participants enrolled in study
Data entry
Learn urine collection and testing responsibilities
