Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems is offering part-time and full-time positions in conjunction with the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) Master's Programs in Computer and Electrical Engineering.
Selected and qualified students will work at Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems (10 minutes from campus) as part-time or full-time employees and will have their benefits and UMBC Master's degree fully funded by Northrop Grumman Education Assistance.

Assignments will be electrical engineering-oriented and may involve programmable logic device (PLD, CPLD, EPLD, FPGA) design, digital & mixed signal circuit card assembly design, application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) design, digital & mixed signal subsystem design, digital signal processing, real-time sensor control product design, and antenna beam steering control.
Basic Qualifications:
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
Be available to work 20-40 hours per week for 2 years
Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Successful candidates will be subject to background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to US Government classified information as well as the ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite; a current clearance is helpful, but not required).
