General Electric (GE) is coming back to campus to recruit for the competitive ITLP intern and full-time programs.
The Information Technology Leadership Program offers those with a passion for technology the opportunity to grow their leadership skills, business acumen and technology aptitude, while building a career with unlimited potential.
Lead by Doing
ITLP is a two-year program with four rotational job assignments focused on top GE IT initiatives. Program members lead by doing—gaining real-world experience by working on important and challenging projects alongside some of the brightest minds in the world.
Information technology (IT) is critical to the future of GE. With over 11,000 IT professionals in roughly 50 countries, GE IT represents a major area of focus and investment across the company and is essential to maintaining our leadership, competitiveness and success. For those with a passion for technology, no other company offers the diversity of experience and career potential that GE does.
As a pipeline for future leaders of GE’s world-class global IT organization, ITLP has partnered with Indiana University to deliver continued education in technology, project management and leadership. ITLPs are enrolled as Indiana University graduate students and complete a 15-credit IT Leadership Certificate over the two years. This includes in-person classes inside and outside of the U.S., and 9 credits of IT electives.
Each assignment and training experience is global.
If you are looking to make a measurable impact on the way GE does business, gain exposure to senior level IT and business leaders, and expand your global mindset and network by working and training with colleagues from around the world—your wait is over. GE’s Information Technology Leadership Program is looking for qualified candidates interested in building the foundation for a rewarding career.
