Founded in 1971 as a not-for-profit organization serving individuals with disabilities. Their growth through the years has allowed them to connect with individuals of all ages through many areas of human services and workforce development throughout Maryland.

Their team of professionals has taken the lead in introducing game changing workforce development legislation to benefit thousands of individuals each year.
