A recruiter from The Urban Teacher Center will be on campus on 2/4 from 12-4pm during UMBC's Summer Job and Internship Fair in the UC Ballroom.
The Urban Teacher Center is a four year program in which successful applicants receive:

A masters degree with a dual focus from Lesley University in Elementary
Education, Secondary Math Education, or Secondary Literacy Education,
and Special Education.
- Two state teaching licenses in the same two areas.
- A strong professional community of like-minded, talented teachers.
- A guaranteed job in Washington, DC or Baltimore, MD with a salary starting around $50K
All you need is a bachelor's degree with a 3.0 GPA by May 2015 and no previous teacher licenses. Open to ALL Majors
