The Central Operations Support Service (COSS) Intern will process return mail and perform account maintenance. COSS interns will also prepare outbound correspondence including statements and letters for distribution. The specific work types the Intern will be trained on is dependant on business needs and
will be at the discretion of the COSS Group Manager. The Intern may also be asked to be flexible and move to different work types based on business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process return mail
Perform account maintenance
Prep and pack outbound client correspondence
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Current Junior or Senior status in college with a 3.0 or higher GPA
Ability to fulfill a minimum of 12 hours per week October 2012 through May 2013
Previous customer service work experience
Flexibility in working in a fast paced quality and production environment
Basic knowledge of other MS Office applications – PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Solid communications skills - comfortable interacting and engaging with groups of varying sizes or one on one
Strong planning and organization skills
