Furthermore, I assist in the recruitment and training process for new student ambassadors, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to represent MBRT effectively. They were able to observe a Senate Hearing on the floor, as well as presenting interactive STEM Advocacy discussions to their peers and State Legislators. I took part in helping plan the event, as well as helping my students with their presentations and topics.

What advice would you give to another student who is seeking an internship or similar experience?
My advice is to apply to every internship that you find. even if you think you are not qualified for it, or you think that they wouldn't pick you as a candidate. Do not undersell yourself and your skills!

Please provide a short reflection or quote about what you liked most about your position / earning internship credit / working with the Career Center.
What I have liked most about my internship is that it is not just me doing work on my own.
