This seven-week, full-time paid externship ($5,000 + transportation stipend) will immerse you in top Baltimore-area companies like BGE, CareFirst, Under Armour, and Whiting-Turner. You'll rotate through different industries, sharpen your skills with career development workshops, and complete a capstone project to showcase your growth.

Program Dates: June 2 - July 23, 2025 (with a break June 30 - July 4)
