EDP is a one-year, non-rotational program containing four designated Engineering tracks: Software, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure & Cloud. Each track is designed to grow and develop your technical and self-leadership skills and within your assigned track, your experience will consist of a combination of hands-on opportunities, an immersive learning accelerator, and a mentoring program to prepare you for a dynamic career.
WORK + PLAY •
Volunteer at our annual PGA golf tournament. • Innovation Jam. Transform our business with new ideas at this hack-a-thon style event. • Mentorship. Partner with a recent graduate, manager, and executive. • EDP Experience. Develop both your technical and nontechnical skills by being involved with committees, community events and more, ultimately impacting the future of the program.
