The topic explores how the relationship between the military and society impacts a country's functionality, its ability to interact with other countries and achieve its international goals, and finally how the use of technology/AI can affect the development of civil-military relations.

Each year the Conference is enriched by the excellent delegates who join
us from colleges, universities, and military academies in the US and more than 20 different countries. The participants will hear from expert speakers and panelists, engage in discussion sessions, and pursue a wargame analyzing the intricate details of foreign affairs. While distinguished speakers enhance the experience, the Conference depends on the caliber of its delegates. We encourage you to send undergraduate students who are sincerely interested in the topic and who demonstrate a strong capacity for meaningful contribution.
