OneBaltimore security technology company has acquired another, with Optio Labs absorbing Oculis Labs and Oculis CEO Bill Anderson becoming an executive at Optio, the companies said Wednesday.

The companies did not disclose financial terms of the deal.

Oculis is known for products including Chameleon, which uses gaze-tracking technology to make a computer screen legible only to the user, and PrivateEye, which protects computer screens from unauthorized viewers. Anderson will join Optio Labs as chief product officer.
