Noxilizer buys Japanese company in effort to grow internationally

Baltimore sterilization company Noxilizer Inc. has acquired a like-minded company. Noxilizer completed the assets acquisition of SAIAN Corp., which has been developing a sterilization system for pharmaceutical and medical device uses.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
