COLA

I am delighted to share Governor Hogan’s announcement that there will be a two percent Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) for regular faculty and staff, Contingent II employees, and Graduate Assistants in the coming year. This increase will be effective January 1, 2021 and is a result of recent state revenue projections. We are grateful for this support for our faculty and staff. 

I encourage you to make time to rest and recharge over the winter break. While I know that this break may look different for many of you, I hope that you and your loved ones enjoy this time. On behalf of our leadership team, I thank you for all that you do for the UMBC community.
